When I arraive I asked the manager if he already know what was happening and the only thing he was trying to do was washing his hand like justifying himself about St. George Shuttle office here in at George and for the lack of service they disconnected my call many times so I need to go personally to the office and talked with the manager. I need to talk to the driver to let my sister go out and she can try to run and do anything to catch the plane.At the same time I was trying to contact St. And also they want bringing back my sister again to at George. She start crying no just for the fact that they lost her luggage also bc she was losing her flight.
